Summer 2008 News

Summer Services From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend we will be having mid-week services on Thursdays at 7:00 P.M. The service will be the same as the service for the following Sunday. If you are going away for the weekend or have to work, why not join us for worship on Thursdays?

Vacation Bible School Our annual Vacation Bible School will be held from Sunday, July 27, through Wednesday, July 30, from 6:30-8:30 P.M. There will be classes for both children and adults. To register, either sign up at church or email us with the names, contact information, and grades that the children will be entering. Please register by July 20.

County Fair Booth St. Paul will be joining the other WELS congregations in Oconto County by sponsoring a booth at the Oconto County Fair in Gillett on August 21-24. Stop by our booth and say Hi!

FunFest Parade Float St. Paul will have a float in the annual Oconto Falls FunFest parade on Saturday, September 6. It will be the same float that won an award in the Copperfest parade in June in Oconto.

County WELS Website A new portal website has been created for the WELS congregations in Oconto County. You can view it at www.oconto-wels.org. This address will be used on our promotional materials at the County Fair. It provides links, pictures, and other information on all the WELS congregations in the county.
